We try our best to ensure that all products are correct and free from defect before they are sent. In the rare circumstance that you have issues with your product as described below, please inform us within seven(7) days upon receiving the item(s).
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us and we will fix it.
If your item does not work, we will help you to troubleshoot the problem. If it turns out that the product is defective, we will exchange it. You will need to send the goods back to us. We will then send a replacement once we verify the defect. In case we are out of stock, we will issue store credit.
If you change your mind or don't like the product, you can send it back to us provided that it is in original packaging and unused. You have to cover the return postage. We will then issue store credit (minus postage) that you can use to purchase other products.
Please take note that we are only able to process returns for NFC tags if they are re-stockable. Returns will only be accepted if they are in new condition, unused, not peeled, not torn, not soiled and not removed from the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for NFC tags wrongly encoded and set to permanent read only. We regret to inform that we do not accept returns for printed, encoded or custom product.
If you wish to return the product, please contact us and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address for you to ship the product back to us. You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us, it is advisable that you use a trackable shipping method. Once we receive the RMA item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or store credit where applicable.
Our NFC readers are backed by manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defect for 1 year from date of purchase. Defective product under warranty will have to be sent to the manufacturer and the buyer shall bear the related postage/shipping charges.
