We do ship worldwide. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will try to find the most viable way to ship your order.
We charge fair shipping and handling prices where ever you are. Shipping and handling charges are based on type, quantity and weight of the product. The charges cover the postage as well as the cost of the packaging, order consolidation, verification and sorting.
We try our best to ship orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed by 11am on weekdays usually ship on the same day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Customers in Malaysia can expect delivery within 3 business days (most of the time it's faster than that). In the event that we are not able to ship within the said time frame, we will contact you beforehand for other arrangements.
For International orders, delivery time varies depending on your location.
If you do not receive your item after some reasonable time, please contact us and we will help to trace it.
Ubitap has no control over and gives no guarantee in relation to the performance of postal/courier company which we may engage to deliver our goods.

Pos Laju is our preferred way of delivery. At our discretion, we might use other local couriers as well. Under normal circumstances, you will get your order on the next business day after shipment.
Free shipping via Standard Mail is offered to budget conscious customers and only applicable for NFC stickers/paper label domestic orders. Your order will be posted using Pos Malaysia's standard mail - we put your tags in an envelope, stick some stamps and and chuck it into a post box. The delivery standard is up to 4 business days. However, the delivery is not guaranteed and there is no tracking number provided. Therefore, we are not able to help you to trace if your item is delayed or gone missing. If you think that it is not worth the gamble, please choose other trackable shipping method.
International orders might be subjected to custom clearance delay. You are responsible for any taxes, duty, handling fee, custom clearance charges etc. as required by your country for importing goods. These charges are imposed by the government of your country and not included in the delivery charge.
Without insurance, compensation for any loss or damage to the package is up to the courier company's maximum liability. Shipment insurance IS NOT included in the shipping charges by default. If you think you need one, please contact us for a quote.
